Yes, it’s true. I love baseball. Originally from New York, I’m partial to my Yankees and I root for them every day. But when they’re not on the schedule, I couldn’t care who’s playing. If there’s a game on, I’m watching it.
But, I love my Raleigh, Cary, Apex area Real Estate business more.
There is so much more to this business than just helping folks buy and sell homes. You’re going to need a lender, a closing attorney, home inspectors, contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC people, and more before, during and after you buy or sell a home.
And this is where my baseball analogy comes in. Let me explain…

Movies by Moonlight at the Koka Booth Amphitheater!
Just one of the many fun events here in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area scheduled for the Summer.
For just $3 for anyone over 12, (kids under 12 are free) you can bring a blanket or chair as the comfy lawn at the Koka Booth Amphitheater is transformed into an outdoor movie theater.
Movies start at sundown and the gates open at 7pm.
Feel free to bring a picnic to the “Movies by Moonlight” and enjoy a fun, inexpensive evening in Cary!

Very exciting, stuff here, huh?
Well, I don’t know about you, but I think the new one is kind of ugly…
In fact, I kind of liked my version much better…
It’s much more colorful and vibrant if I do say so myself.
I did have to add the “fake” watermark to post this. I know you Realtor types!
You’d be printing these out like crazy!!!
In either case, on October 8th, 2013, the new $100.00 bill will enter circulation.
For those of you who know me, you’re quite aware that I’m a big fan of vintage and nostalgic things.

That was yesterday’s news!
The Raleigh, Cary, Apex area Real Estate market is doing just fine! And, despite the temporary dip in the stock market the other day, once the AP let the world know that its Twitter account was hacked, the stock market rebounded to end the day with a modest gain.
So, fear not my friends, if you’re thinking of buying or selling a home in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area, you can rest assured that now is a good time to do it.

Well, Skippy, I’m glad you asked!
First, I enjoyed an extra large cup of coffee followed by an un-rushed breakfast. Then, I plopped myself down on the couch, and watched hours and hours of news. After that, I answered all my emails, made a few calls, and fired up Photoshop for my daily dose of fun!
In my endless quest to visit every web site ever created, I came across this wonderful black and white photo of Spock playing guitar. Well folks, for those of you who know me by now, you just know that your humble Raleigh, Cary, Apex area Real Estate agent couldn’t leave well enough alone. After all, I AM that guy who would draw a moustache on the Mona Lisa if I felt it would bring a smile to my friend’s faces!
